Don’t front, when Halle Berry won, many Black people where quick to say, “We’ll technically she’s not Black.” Up until the point when Hilary Clinton dropped out the race, many Black folks, even militant ones were splitting hairs on Obama’s actual Blackness. So, sure saltiness played a role in not one Black athlete or reporter saying anything in defense of Tiger, for being afraid of their own back lash and that he reciprocated what they always do, alienate. In this case, his made the louds sweep. The basis, Black folks want the credit but not the responsibility for exposing personal issues with priding hating on the union and they hair quality. No matter the blend…sorry Mariah.

1. Obama was destined to be president when I noticed as a FRESHMAN Senator, he took a trip to Russia. A place most Americans are not privy to visit. No coincidence, his VP just came from Georgia and is one of the primary congressional leaders of Russia/Georgian relations, outside of Condi and Bolton (look it up). While everyone was stuck on watching the record breaking Olympics, Russia has made successful attempts to proceed knocking Georiga off the map. Am I the only one realizing this is as serious, if not more than America’s “Iraq War” complaint?

2. Hillary supporters are Anti war and complained since Bush was in office. People are free to complain. They are not free to not be consisent, otherwise who takes it seriously? Right? ..um so why are the proudly voting for McCain, if their first agenda was to stop a Pro war agenda in office? I mean, remove Obama, the fake feminist movement from the situation (cause Cynthia McKinney is still on the ballot). Isn’t that their whole thing, Get out of Iraq? Nope, I thought I heard that? I mean if your against the war fine but, be freaking consistent if your throwing blood on people and laying down in streets.

3. McCain doesn’t know how many houses he has but he slams Obama for making millions from his book. Um in America, there once was a process that you can come from nothing to something and not just get legacy dollars or marry them. McCains taunting of Obama, I could care less. His mentions on coming up for me are more of a taunt to the common folk that think they have a right to enterprise.

4. I feel this might be our last election, don’t know why exactly but I feel there will be a Change alright. A change on how anything was ever done in the history of the US. Possibly the change of US policy pre 1776. The stars are aligned and I’ve felt this way since I was kid. Which is why I sucked at Social Studies. Social Studies is not meant for people with a passport.

5. Go vote! Cause despite my “paranoid” gripes, its the only census that counts.

If you want to know my candidate of choice….

For me, I get a sense of annoyance and have to walk away. Not because the show is crap but because, many of the cast members are people I have had to deal with in real life. I can say, none of it went well and surprisingly the chick from California on the Downtown Team was more or so my recent turning point for a solid business relationship. But that is actually only as late.

The big fat sassy chick, who’s title is “entrepreneur.” I have had many of shares or run its with that type. In Chicago, they are pretty rampant, that loud and think because they talk proper, their ways are not hood-ratish. I personally hate the term entrepreneur because it signals me as a bullshitter with no capital. She was overly confrontational and in her mind, she is something more than what the has to offer. My thing, will she talk back at a knee jerk like that to Diddy? Once its in you, its in you. We saw what happened to Laurie Ann. Being bossy, on a group effort makes good for one thing, being able to point out other people’s fault and that might be the only contrabution. When you are not truly responsible for a final, final word…your not the boss. To me, in a group its friggin sad and the raving of a loser.

The cornball aka the church boy, I have actually lost money with a dude like that because he lacks one important quality, listening. But not just not listening, arrogantly deciding for you when they are not in control of the final decision. I basically call it hard headed.

The real estate chick reminds me of a druggie I did business with. I can tell she’s that or an alcoholic party girl. Either way, she is not a roll up sleeve type of girl and would be just fine answering phones all day and reaping the benefits of being solely in the know and on the scene.

The dude who looks like Jackie (Serena’s old flame) he is the typical paint by numbers businessman. He saw someone he wanted to emulate and is flipping through pages. But, he actually helps make my point about one thing….dressing up don’t mean JACK, if you cant get the job done.

As a matter of fact, everyone is hella suited up. Which is fine when you have a desk job but even Diddy, while starting Bad Bo was fresh to def and doing it sneakers, jeans and a tee …in a nice way though.

As they tried to attempt task, they eventually had to roll up the sleeves. In the clips throughout the show, you will notice, all the heels and the ties and mess, goes out the window because, your an assistant and when you are not suppose to be in a formal attendance…and sometimes not even then, dressing up dont mean jack…cause its not about you.

Capricorn actually steps her dress game because now, she is on tv but, she is not running ragged like before. She is someone’s boss now. If you notice, Diddy would come in suited and tailored up on Making the Band..and she would be in the back with her hair in a bun, w a hat sometimes, a teeshirt and shorts…maybe flip flops/sneakers. Not a total mess but, Imma run to the store swag.

This show is definitely a good boss look on her.

Overall, having personal/business experiences with the archetypes of the show, it would be fair of me to know who is good enough to be an assistant but, then again, my experiences were not assistant/boss they were co-boss/startup/collab. I can tell you from experience there about 3 potentials with a good mindset. I wouldn’t be surprised that ended up for the final.

The ironic thing, outside the temper tantrums of Diddy, I sit every day thinking about how easy it is to get demanding when you can actually ask for a bottle of ketchup if you run out, at 2am. If I could, I can honestly say, yeah, go get it…the tabasco brand esp, especially if I’m paying good and its there for the asking,

Some say this is over-reacting but for a $4 million lawsuit, its obvious that he’s not trying to go there. That small amount is making the point, if a name is branded, you cannot just use it in good faith, especially when the person is still alive or not cracked out. He could have sued the whole franchise but, something tells me this is a lawsuit many could do but are just to lazy or to aptheic to care. Just like Disney, this is the same guy that gets paid every single time someone clicks on his name in Youtube. You see how his BM faired trying to ruin his name.

I feel it might get settled since the amount is small. If he was Mc Hammer, it might have been more..just saying. Meanwhile, I could have swore I saw a Diddy commericial in the we-hours for Burger King.

At first, it seemed noble to come up with a controversial name to make a point. There was a media frenzy around the release solely off the name, kudos to alarm,very Faux News btw. Instant publicity right? Wekk, I felt should have made 500K in the first week based on the notoriety and outrage. Nope, so what his next shock factor for publicity/album sales? Hate on a common-denominator. Like Kanye’s infamous “George Bush Doesn’t Like Black People” comment, Nas goes to Fox News to protest, racist tactics, album sales boost within hours if not days of comment. Something most of young album buying America generally agrees with and something thats pretty hard to not assume or deny. I mean, love puppies, we can all agree on that right?

Now Nas can obviously disagree with Fox and whole heartily stand behind it but, having a track on his album, makes the timing a bit ironic. The end result an instant increase in album sales, free news coverage…very Al Sharpton.

Granted its not like Ice Cube’s ploy to time the launch of his album with making comments on how he want to physically fight the president. But, there seems to be a trend with making “social” stances on things most of America agree’s with, but only around the time of a music event or album release. It worked for Kanye/Rhymefest’s Jesus Walks and it worked for Will.i.Am’s Yes We Can.

Kanye also has a sudden burst of concern for the troops by teaming up with MTV, called “Homecoming,” like his album, to welcome home troops. All and all it sounds noble but, the use of a channel like MTV makes the cause seem a exploited. It was CNN, something low key, it would seem more like a selfless act but, MTV is never known for doing anything without high ad sales. Kanye himself has and never having a history of publicly promoting troop love, it just seems odd and makes me wonder is this for his concert or an upcoming promotion for something. Either way, hope these guys get that money and get that publicity, I can’t be mad at them for that, as long as they act as if they’d do it for free (lol yeah right). Then again, it just seems that way.
