For those wondering why they don’t see Black people collectively involved in the list of social protests being promoted online and offline, it’s because the Black community is already in a form of protest, Avoiding. Avoiding the BS, the setups, the insincerity, the gaslighting.
The inaction stems from the last inactivity that raised genuine concerns that were completely avoided and somehow financially gained by the professional protest community under the guise of “society equity.”
If you hear of a promoted protest it’s more than likely not created by the Black community. So no, one is actually boycotting Target. No one is really posting on Twitter/X at pre 2019 levels. No one is protesting for any countries, or potlical parties, nothing. Shit is dry AF because all of these recent concerns have been generationally raised, over and over for at least 70 years (in modernity) with no avail. Everyone is only mad now because the tantamount injustice of Black people have finally spilled over into other community’s American safety nets.
By the time 2020 arised, old issues began to snowball, with new issues that were not as harsh the 1920s but appeared in the form of economic and psychological sabotage. 2020 stopping the world, highlighted how many things professional protesters didn’t want to confront but gave the Black community plenty of time to finally discuss and share long overdue notes.
Issue like:
- Racial Profiling by Karen’s
- “How Can you avoid that” bias
- Micro Aggressions in Paid Membership Spaces, (like we’re gonna rob you in a Spa)
- Workplace Gaslighting & Gatekeeping
- Academic Gaslighting, Especially When Close to Graduation and Employment Opportunities Were on the Line
- Harassment for Not Participating in Violent or Aggressive Protests of People Actively Practicing Racism against Black people
- Racial Profiling By Hispanic and Immigrant Communities for Left or Right wing alignments
- Lack of Support for Black Government officials After Requesting they Stick their Necks Out
- Seeing only Black Celebs as the community while erasing or ignoring everyone else
- How everything Ghetto suddenly was synonymous with “Black”
- Social Media Platforms Shadow Banning and idea theft from Black Content Creators, while increasing non Black monitization
- How that one uncle with the White wife was viciously Pro Trump and Anti Black, but couldn’t actually vote cause of his trapping days in the 80s
So, no Black people are already busy with the new boycott, avoiding the BS of performative brats.
If these simple tasks can’t even be addressed, it’s not that the concerns for these problems of other communities don’t exists, it’s just the Black community can be effective, if the existence is seen as defective.
