The new US facility, formerly developed by Element Fuels Holdings, holds permits to produce over 160,000 barrels per day of fuel from domestically produced shale oil on 240 acres at the Port of Brownsville, Texas.
The project involves private capital investment from Reliance Industries and a global supermajor, with no mention of an IPO or public stock offering in recent announcements.
Reliance Industries (ticker: RELIANCE.NS on the National Stock Exchange of India) is publicly traded and available through many international brokers.
