Ai is Fine, Its A CEO Bubble That’s The Problem

The biggest hurdle for AI operations, to really thrive, allowing it to work at its most efficient level? Those who are currently running it and those who should be using it, but refuse the training to do so. Plainly, the expected users of AI aren’t prepared to see its value and the CEO’s in charge of it, well lets discuss why this is going to be a big problem moving forward.

Its taboo to be pro robot vs human right now but, many “Tech Bros” are the sole reason the AI roll-out, digital currency culture has been an utter shit show. Yes, those same IT guys who needed third party project managers for computer installations. The same ones who once hid, when negotiating department budgets, well they have been placed as “visionaries” leading society into a fully tech reliant ecosystem. An ecosystem they themselves never understood, at the mercy of even more tech illiterate corporations.

Terrible From The Start

Implementing AI into a society, with surface level technology literacy, only made things worse. As most jobs already highlighted, many employees have had terrible technology application, systematically making excuses on why technology wasn’t really necessary, since the 1990s. Companies yielded to employees, and they stretched this rejection out this 25+ year long shunning workplace technology longer than should have been allowed. This placed tech ready workers in employment limbo, and companies who stalled, well they were gobbled up by companies ready to start this new era.

By the time we ended up with smartphones, people completely avoid desktops as much as possible, leaving low tech people to fake tech use ever since. It was easier to claim efficient with a smartphone and blame technology when they didn’t know how to do their jobs. The problem, the TechBro community we know today, used to be the IT community we avoided in the past. They created such an negative relationship with tech and the workplace, the smartphone was the last resort to getting anything done.

Many of them weren’t very good at fixing computers, even back then but, other’s ignorance of technology allowed them to weaponize an iota of power in offices, even to point of lying why certain things couldn’t be repaired (when they were clearly stumped too).

These former IT techs now wealthy TechBros, had tapped into something that helped them become extremely rich but, their constant lack of human understanding, terrible project management, and unethical resolve was not factored when understanding why giving this group so much power, will fail society in the end. Not to mention, this is why AI is failing to win over the public now, its been their leverage that can’t be made pedestrian.

Companies Fed the Wrong Wolf

The globe placed former IT tech’s with low office management, terrible social engagement, nonexistent business acumen, and workflow resolve to become in charge of society’s multi trillion dollar operational future. The same one’s who stole other’s food out of the office refrigerator, are being trusted to secure people’s persona data. The same ones who cannibalized student’s personal computers in the college dorms, are being greenlit for company mergers, using stolen IPs. Their ethics had not been challenged, essentially morally grey for years so, its no surprised many of them would pass off AI as their own common knowledge. This first lie allowed them to completely miss the necessary application of capability to identity service gaps. By them being the deciders of quality, after failing to fix things in the past like a stuck floppy disk, ignoring basic contingencies, its no surprise they’re dismissive of data centers (yes 5G too) side effects. You have to genuinely like people and care if the experience is favorable. If they don’t respect human life in an office, who thought it was a good idea to respect global sustainability without cutting corners?

No Flow

With their own ignorance on human requirements, we are seeing the failures for what is now called “UI/UX.” This workflow required allowed understanding of how people engaged with tech. This is the main reason why AI hasn’t translated, the common sense workflow removed AI as an alert system for human errors and now doing human relation tasks. When you need customer support, they can only ask AI whats wrong, not identity system errors on their end. And you do, you’ll just get gaslit on whats wrong until they learn its really them that broke the damn thing.

Systems that worked for over a decade are now slow, the security systems are so tight nothing works any more. Customer service is causing 1998 level issues, sites that used to work are crashing from data overloads, and when society is finally conditioned to zeitgeist’y tech way of life, these “Bros” reset it every 6 months to “fix” things.

Who’s Really In Charge?

The reality, technology used to be managed by Software engineers and designed my marketing (now UI/UX). These standard predecessors resolved many of the workflow issues, decades ago. But now? We have fewer R&D CEOs, low design and marketing mavens, and barely any Software Engineers left at the helm. Its mainly those same Anti-Social guys (and gals) that were annoyed at the site of a Mac tech request, now making billions, annoyed that billion dollar defense systems are expecting quantifiable results. Results these types never had to actually executed in real life, completely unaware of how AI can’t simply do all the work. The types failure to provide integrated flow between technology and the human factor, have no intention of making the process translatable, because its been their leverage. And the same ones who were awkward with people, are now in charge of finding solutions on earth, without factoring in people. Global governments have literally left the Limewire, torrent captains, in control of the global economy.

Ignorance Is Bliss

It all comes down to this, its not the AI that needs regulation, its the former IT techs, now ignorantly placed in charge of our multi-trillion dollar future. Granted, they are not engineers, so they’re minds haven’t been tested to determine a threshold.

These people have never had ethical regulation. You know how you know this? When you see these types with no money, they’ve become the school shooter, the revenge p0rn leakers, and have purposely sabotaged others out of mere jealous. And now they have no governmental factor that understands how dangerous they are because, people think AI is the only villain in the room.

btw. Data Center ethics prove, they have no intention knowing how to chew gum and walk at the same time. And the public needs to stop complaining about Data centers like they build themselves.
