Since the shutting down of America’s manufacture-based workforce, the nation’s school districts, fire departments, police, and tech-based jobs have had to step in and become 30+ year long place-holders for employment strays. These factory workers have had no business being anywhere near these highly skilled careers. These workers were prioritized by their “work experience,” only to single-handily bind America’s 30 year evolution into a modern workforce, and waste a lot of pell-grant energy.
Women who would have been okay with making $75,000 a year placing a bolt in a truck bumper, will full health benefits, now use local school districts to supplement their income. MAGA conspiracy theorists (who are the Aunties in the White community) hoard jobs well into their 70’s from younger workers for jobs they can’t physically handle. This has resulted in over 20+ years of established “teachers” with no certification, long standing-low tech career-holders, and qualified youth walking in decade long circles.
Now into 2026 those lost circles are becoming planet size balloons, with men and women holding years of academic “experience,” yet enter the workforce with a padded resumes and no experience. At this point America’s educated are nothing more than professional students, with an attitude, too hard headed to believe they lack actual professional development and too desperate to not lie just to get any kind of check.
Dumb Head-Ass Workers
The worst thing that has ever happened to the American workforce has been merging the highly unskilled with the highly skilled and then somehow, placing the unskilled in leadership roles as management and then allowing a select few to become “billionaire visionaries.” This false narrative of letting the unskilled control the work culture, turns once productive zone’s into childish bickering over who get more money, versus what project was completed. These workers will see the money first, do anything to get into the position, and the forget the work that has to come with it.
They burn out the skilled workers by dumping their work on them, then drain them with petty in-fighting, gaslighting, and credit stealing. Its to the point, why have someone like this in charge and then wonder why the company is going under. This pattern puts this country at an impasse, if it doesn’t open up the safe-compliant factories again, and get these dumb-ass people out of these high level jobs the its a wrap. We will have to watch this country collapse due to ignorance running everything to ground, then fighting over who get the scraps.
Not Everyone Belongs Beyond The Factory
When you see the $1.7 Trillion dollar student debt, you’d think America has geniuses just bumping into each other at the unemployment line but no. The most incapable people have jobs and those who keep the lights on are grossly underpaid. Not to go all Atlas Shurgged but, who needs some BS Libertarian narrative, when dumb workers are in jobs they can’t handle, only to turn every office in America into a toxic cesspool that no one wants to deal with?
When these types worked at a factory and made their pleasant salary, none of the mess happened in the office. Why? Because there was no need to lie to get into jobs you had to be qualified (or certified) to apply. Dumb people just care about money, and if gatekeeping for spaces that require strong character, evolving skills, and ethics were to be cut off from them, you’d also probably see more productively and less waste.
The Workforce Is Constipated
Imagine knowing how to confidently do your job. Now wake up. Most of America’s workforce’s has been faking it. (Yeah I said it) they don’t know technology, and the workforce that could’ve participated has systematically been shutout. Older workforce retention clogged up the mobility of new graduates since the early 2000’s. This means someone who got hired in 1997, is still in the same damn job in 2026. And every college grad or entry level since 1997, that should have come in behind them, had to run in place, only to eventually let go their trained careers because the positions never opened up.
The older workforce never moved up and in a factory, they would have long been forced to retired with a fat factory pension. This would have left room for new blood and even upward level employment if they stayed. If you’ve ever seen Roger & Me documentary by Micheal Moore, pay attention to all that dysfunction after they laid those people off. Now think about that rabbit lady now having to work as a Paraprofessional with your kids or a Vet assistant. Exactly.
Even Alexander O’Neal Can’t Take It
Fake workers don’t know conflict resolution, how to properly to communicate offline or online with teams. All the things they wouldn’t have to fail at, would save a lot of lives. Most won’t even admit they loiter in unobtainable workforce systems because they liked the salary amount. The hate their job because, real talk, they asses need to be in a factory where it doesn’t matter if you understand scope and sequence.
Take education for example. Fake teachers complain about the students because the majority of them have never been trained to work with actual children. Most are not certified and turned their 50-11 degrees into a job that requires selflessness and youth social engagement. Because most professional students lose common social skills, most of them become incapable to talk to adults, let alone kids. Basically people who stay in college too long become hardhead sociopaths when they try to work in professional settings.
When these types have to re-engage in the workforce, they come with a lot of emotional baggage and emotional abuse. They blame the parents for the kids not knowing how to learn, when your average kid spends 12% of their waking hours with their parents, and over 50% at school (including after-school activities) to learn how to learn. So it can’t be the parents when their social engagement is mainly at school. The whole point of going to school is to learn things they can’t learn at home. Its like saying why can’t these parents be responsible and give their own kids root canals.
The Future
Dumb people don’t like AI because it requires the skills they never had in the first place. In 2026 we are still dealing with a workforce having issues connecting to Zoom and attaching PDFs. How the hell do you implement AI when your workforce throws 2 year old tantrums for things expected in a standard in the modern workforce. Opening up factories again will free up a lot of space for high skilled workers to come out of the shadows and know they can contribute without all the toxic BS, unskilled people do to cover up the fact they just saw a nice salary cap and ran off half the capable staff.
Maybe this is why these workers get paid buku bucks to keep changing the damn youtube interface, or jacking up 20+ year long function apps. Or the classic X platform, still saying “tweet loading” because the current workers still don’t know how to change the code. If this this mindset of misaligned workers doesn’t get resolved, it won’t be Trump or Iran, or Illegals ruining the country but its own delusional citizens.
