America’s New Morality Campaign for Hip Hop

In the wake of Diddy’s trial and freak-off info, the past 2 years exposed celebrity behavior and the tawdry details of how favorite entertainers spend personal time. The launch of the 2025 administration began to show hints of morality clauses that may or may not align with Project 2025’s expectation for celebrities.

Since the rebirth of The Project 2025 [1] agenda (the original was published in May 1992 [Source] ), there has been a excessive trend with street-based celebrities “getting married” or promoting re-branded family image that counter their original risky image over the past 5-10 years. Rappers are suddenly promoting engagements and relationships. Shows like Love and Hip Hop have a increased its subplot of relationship drama, and coupling of entertainers that once promoted Gucci Flip Flop vibes, now speaking on Red Pill, Conservative, Diaspora war content. Even once sexually fluid stars are now locking down in heterosexual couplings and promoting Christian narratives.

If it seems like Hip Hop culture is growing up, it could be a more stricter culture shift, Project 2025 with the arm of the FCC, DOJ, DEI Executive Orders, and Project underwriters to correct America’s celebrity culture image on a global stage. Black culture has prided itself on how influential Hip Hop has been on the globe but, if you notice, there’s been less twerking and more baking cookies, Christian testimony’s and wholesome couple tiktoks by celebrities, especially Black ones.

Its been no secret the NHL, MLB and NFL more than the NBA have pushed a Christian image and more family friendly image imposed by million dollar signers. But with the WNBA an easier reform model than the NBA, has been pushed as a more newly formed image, with viewership improvement from its 20-year lesbian forward image to its 5-year “OnlyFans with a Ball” counter image to now, Caitlin Clark, the God fearing athlete, locked in arms with her boyfriend as the face and potentially more manageable aspect of basketball. Even Angel Reese’s once risky image has now morphed into fashion and acting. Its clear the call has been made.

Project 2025 makes its framework strong on emphasizing family-centered agenda that influence cultural sectors, such as entertainment and media[1]. The project’s core value intend to return American entertainment to traditional family values, specifically, promoting marriage and greater family formation, particularly among heterosexual married couples.[2]

There has also been an extreme shift from protest culture to Pro-American, Red, White & Blue with celebrities going from Black Power, and BLM to Americana imagery in the likes of less Hip Hop more Country music as the revisited sound of America. Athlete and celebrity brushes with the law, have been countered with settling down family driven images. There has always been a push, pull with gospel Black church culture and the Pimp, Drug, Baller image that has brought in an equal amount of revenue from global consumers to Black entertainers. The coincidence of iHeart Radio, Paramount, Social Media, Concert venues, and colleges monitoring Anti-Christian and Anti-American narratives once championed by White hedonism for the Black community’s advancement, there will be down turn in revenue that was seen as an outlet for America’s activism culture. Is it a legitimate concern if money becomes limited to those who don’t comply or a seemingly repair to community morale?

Project 2025 calls for a cultural transformation by encouraging greater celebration and visibility of traditional family ideals in public life, which may influence expectations on artists, celebrities, and the content produced within film and television industries. [3]

The other question, are Black church leaders whom dominated the zeitgeist of Black America since the 1950’s, looking to regain financial dominance over street culture’s 50 year funded reign of the community? At the behest of Project 2025 alliance, the Church was for the community that was overrun by reform hustlers, and Street culture was a voice of the community, that was overrun by undercover hustlers and eggburts conspiring with corporate America to rip off the community’s talented. Either way, the persona that is Hip Hip culture has been forced to choose the trad values of America that can lead to new gospel albums and a sinister subculture masked with forced marriages and false Christian beliefs to maintain the money made from before 2025.
