May Day, A Day White & Brown People Get to Be Victims About Their System

*Tomatoes thrown* Boooo.

if you’re Black participating in this bullshit, good luck to you. These types of days were created when White Immigrants came to America and thought they could get rich and rule, like their Aristocrat predecessors. They burned down their country in protest of other Whites who inherited Europe after the plague/rebellion killed off their royal houses.

This isn’t a movement for Black people. These “worker” movements were used to fuel the Red Summer that burned down and destroyed Black economic progress across America, over a 100 years ago.

Before Black people joined into this BS, we didn’t need help with building a system. We engineered our own system based on America’s reality for us. The problem, the early generation of these worker movements felt we were out pacing them, so they destroyed it and that’s why we still can’t get shit together till this day.

The evolution of these groups split and so it seems both are bad because they’re simply the same people that leaned based on resources, not rights.

Today, these same people will whine about Billionaires, while living like millionaires within Black spaces. The children of Black people who helped these people after the 1970s will whine about modern immigrants, while moving like African dictator ls within Black spaces. And the Brown community? We’d learn this year these white groups allowed a whole predator thrive in their space for the sake of a movement.

Latinos for days like this, they appear more favored lately because they went along without push back. In reality, post 1990s Latinos in America got spoiled and soft, constantly whining about needing even more resources to live good in the middle, while living in Black spaces. Even people in Mexico roll their eyes at their own’s limo mentality in America.

For them to be the “face of May Day” this season is all due to ICE raids. The problem these worker groups never gave them a sustainable plan for citizenship. The police culture they sicc’d on Black people now attack them, and the groups that placed a battery in their backs are using them for potlical marketing, not a solution for a 50+ year long problem.

The entire movement is to weaponize sorrow. This is why you will see a MayDay protest in Oregon by White people mad at Billionaires, while they live or control a “family home” stolen from Japanese Americans from the 1940s.

So Boooo *Tomato thrown*.

This entire movement is a shit show and a tantrum ceremony to keep dumpy White people in absolute control of Black economic stability.

God forbid we choose to show our own form of workforce acknowledgement by not doing shit at all today. If you’re Black, garden, wash your car, or clean your home cause you want to. Do it out of respect for America’s only disrespected workforce, those who do the work year round and somehow never get paid. Our family tradition is turning Mayday into Spring Cleaning season.

In our household this is a day we CHOOSE to work, clean our own house. Check our budgets, check in on family plans because employment for Black people in America is somehow only about absolute control over how we excert our energy.

These same groups who whine about money and America’s freedom, are the same ones who will burn us the fck out if you let them. So since worker respect is something we have to fight constantly, May Day isn’t the time to protest with our year round violators. It’s a time for Black folks to give our adrenaline glands a break, thanking our ancestors for going through this mess when we didn’t have a choice.

Understand these people want to control the outcomes and the movement, the reaction and the success. And then wonder why we don’t get involved more. If you don’t even respect our input with nothing more than tearing shit up where we get shot, who signs up for that?

Nope. Their need of our involvement requires us to foam at the mouth and break shit cause these other groups didn’t get their way. That lack of control even over how we regulate our emotions and what’s realistic to fix in a system that ignores our approach to solutions, controlling even our reason towards resolve? No thank you.

When you see people who police and gatekeep the workforce the way they do, discrimination on Black college grads, dispondent to internship culture for Black students. Hiring political Blacks (right or left) or Latinos with barely any solid presence, hold so much temporary control over Black entry level youth, what is the point of all this so called outrage? This is the system they created.

To defeat anything oppressive, isn’t the point to stop being unfair? And even our gains are tainted with Black people they do hire, upholding abuse by bullying and harassing Black people they feel aren’t “obedient”. Yeah this isn’t a day to celebrate.

What today is, a reminder, when you listen to their issues with “billionaires” it’s really their bitterness of learning that ruling over the Black community didn’t put them as high up on the food chain as they thought.

When they saw we asked to be accepted as a human being and not a hedonistic playground, that was too much, with too many conditions.

To see Black teachers sign up is even dumber. Our kids can’t even read in their school system, and Black women are too worried about their salaries than think hmmm, “are we teaching children that can become formidable tax payers to even pay our salaries in 6 years?”

If your Black and crashing out over May Day shit, think about what your May 12th is gonna look like and then pause for a minute.

If they asked for this dish, don’t let them gaslight you into feeling like you asked for it.
