Watching the cascade of rallys against the voter rights decision from the Louisiana Supreme Court case, there’s an interesting trend, a lot of Aunties, a lot of 50-11 degree Black women in chunky glasses, a handful of White men and a clouder of White women with signs and chants.
No Black Men.
Okay maybe one or two older Black men who hold/held office, sprinkled in with some guys running for office but seeing these news segments, haven’t seen more than 5 at a rally, yet.
To see White men on a microphone in a sea of Aunties shouting about how racist this decision was. Are they just lacking self awareness or is this just a show? The missing Black male presence is literally the reason this occured (specifically Louisiana).

This was 2 months in Georgia, before the Louisiana Descion
Knowing Black male online and even in podcast conversations, there is a legitimate interest in what is happening in America but, there’s been no place to be heard. When Black men do speak on something, they focus on the small percentage that make it solely on reparations and rape apology but, from conversations known, it’s about career gatekeeping, it’s about not being heard, it’s about male gender erasure within the community. This is coming straight from the mouths.
The mass issue of Black men feeling invisible within their own community, and the interviews filled with Black and White women confused about changed voter laws, seriously it’s like wtf.
They’ve removed the Black male input from the community and they didn’t show up in numbers and now these other groups are wondering how to fix this without actual talking to the group that made a very loud (yet counterproductive) stance.
You can look up Black men complaining online, good luck finding a non partisian take. The problem, the ones getting clicks are not matching the real life discourse. And the law doesn’t actually stop Black voting, it just isn’t favoring Democrats anymore. The dismissiveness of Black men in the Democratic party was marketed by the Republicans as brand X and the brothers moved over there. Politics is now Pepsi or Coke.
Now they may not like that Latinos and Africans are still dominating on the Republican side and it won’t be until the “law policies” turn on them, that they’ll try to start a new party before they getting into tribal wars. The protest voters of Black men don’t really engage with regular society so, they don’t really know what it takes to meet their goals. It just happens to be that fringe in the Black community is inverted, so they get the ear and like it or not that’s democracy.
If these confused officials went and talked at a basketball court, the gym, college campus, they might get a real measure. Because asking potlical takes from dudes with parole check ins and child support liens is dumb. We know where that’s going.
Then for local government elections in areas up for redistricting, it’s dozens of Black men (oh there they are) running for 2-3 positions.
Seeing so many Black people crowding for one position clearly stated the Black community in these areas are barely on the same page. They can’t even decide who will run for office so it ends up 8 people running for Sheriff, 12 (with 9 Black people) running for Mayor. Everyone is using politics for clout/money, ignoring the civic duty requirements.
The in fighting with Black community leadership has officially been weaponized. And with over 6 states now having Black “administration” under investigation/attack over mere logistics and financial review, it’s becoming the hunger games of dusty shit with everyone throwing each other under the bus, all while White political activists in these spaces are safely avoided and distancing themselves.
That gloating about Black people in America not getting deported is over. It’s clear this is how the goes down, using denial and ethics to pile on and attack the money. So, it’s not just Somolians now. Baltimore’s School District and the city alone, now has its own segment on local news. And each day it’s looking shady’r and shady’r.
What hasnt been missed they’re coming after White locals and MAGA too but, many of these areas have people who control news reporting. This means people aren’t aware it’s happening to them too. Local mismangement of infrastructure funds are getting people audited/arrested, especially in the Oklahoma and other Red leaning states. This is probably how they’re getting them, just a lot quieter.
