In this Series, “Those Types” its an overdue assessment of the kind of people we decide in business, to give a pass or to simply remove in operations. For many its always been a no-no to “profile” people but in some cases, you really have to ask yourself, “should I even be doing business with those types?” In the Series we will look at who exactly those types are and how to avoid, adjust, or accommodate.
We will look at strengths, weaknesses, and a review of cultural factors that can cause these/those types (TTs) to blow up a project, protect it, or ensure solid win.
TT: Gender, Men
TT: Gender, Women
TT: Race (Yep)

Why Its Time To Be Honest
In dealing with money, business, operations, and overall morale culture, these factors are not looked at as requirements. Many people see their type of people and assume, “okay I’m (insert race, or profession) and they are too, they should get it!” It goes beyond “Not All Skin Folk Being Kin Folk,” because not all kin folk got their shit together either. You can have a family, friend, or associate have all the education in the world and suck at finances. You can have someone even famous, with technically absolute access and money, but be dumb too know how to swell up that success.
Some Types Simply Have PTSD
Some people display toxic habits from prior trauma. So the destructive mindset isn’t always cut and dry. In many situations, people have literally lied to enter real industry professions to gain access for leverage and deter malicious gatekeeping. Some people use their professional connections or weaponize nepotism, and other non considerable factors to sit with people who genuinely love what they do. You don’t really know who you’re dealing with until its too late. These types work their ways in to spaces they didn’t earn or want. They seem committed but that false psychosis puts millions of dollars, trusts, and decisions at risk. They trick many unsuspecting people into bad business deals or destructive operation patterns, and stand 10 toes down on not changing, even at the demise of a sure thing. That persona really destroys good people and changes how they approach things themselves. When they never recover, they eventually turn into the same toxic demons. Some are good people but make bad decisions from modern culture, to complain without a goal.
More Insight Brings More Input
The goal is to have the honest conversation, free from “racial” or “respectability” judgement and get the solution to simply fix this shit. In some cases, people are simply acting out prior trauma from dealing with what’s now called toxic. But some of that toxicity is really just one of those types, acting out what they think makes them look real enough to not get exposed. In some cases its self fulfilling to becoming a utter fck ups. And let’s not act like we all haven’t been tricked. They lie to get into your space, they convince leadership, investors, family, everyone that the are the gold, but many of them thrive off of stolen identities, intellectual properties and the real achilles heel of American enterprise, group protection. When we see counties in America fail, businesses fall apart, industries become so toxic no one is interested, its usually because its overrun with those types.
This series will put these people on blast how they operate, and in some cases restore empathy for the ones that never noticed who they can become, unchecked.
