UN Officially Approved GREAT Trust for Gaza

The United Nations passed a resolution (2803), adopted with 13 votes in favor and two abstentions from Russia and China. No countries voted against the measure.

What’s Next?

Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), founded by key plan architects, is slated to play a central role in coordinating redevelopment, security, housing, and aid distribution.

Gulf investors and regional construction and infrastructure firms are also targeted, especially for projects linked to desalination, renewable energy, luxury tourism, data centers, railways, and smart cities.

Projected spending includes $70–100 billion in public investment and $35–50 billion more from public-private partnerships targeting ‘mega-projects,’ including data centers, electric vehicle manufacturing, luxury resorts, ports, railways, artificial islands, and logistics hubs.
