Mass drops, sells, and shifts have been happening since Ukraine, Since Iran, Since Venezuela (briefly). Now it’s Cuba, it’s BRICS, it’s everything and nothing. New Fed Chief, old Fed Chief. First it’s this then It’s that, then it’s nothing.
The issue with speculating the market right now, there’s a lot of market manipulation by billionaire influencer companies. When they want an outcome and need to raise funds, they infect the narrative with what they want the public to assume. Social media is unfortunately driving solid market outcomes. So basically gossip is high commodity, even with nothing verified and very dangerous consequences.
Not to accuse of something harsh as market manipulation but, fearful conversations are brought on Monday and by Thursday, the complete opposite happens.
To review patterns all the time, it’s one that has been consistent: those who are in opposition, those takes are used as data even though it’s biased or competitive. The markets are being shifted by the accusations of opposition. So everyone piles on, pulls stocks, support the attacks out of personal revenge, or add to the discourse of negative press,. By that time, the markers drop, next day none of its true but something else affects the markets no one paid attention to and now it’s a new crisis that’s shifted by executive orders by Trump, and boom (again), crisis seemingly averted.
Company values are now intertwined with global interest ,in real time. Instead of it’s typical cycles and fluxarions, everything is stagnant with months of nothing, no data, no information, and then boom, Tiktok deal done, Venezuela taken. Now Iran has become the new any day now.
So, until Iran or whoever is triggering the markets for the next two weeks decides what they’ll do, be cautious of nervous selling (or buying) especially when the same people who didn’t want common AI shares sold to the public are now suddenly dumping. It’s almost like they’re running a seperate market, and unless you’re one of the few that own private shares, it will take socio-economic, environmental, or mass global events to normalize and condition chaotic market trends.
